The Matrix API module is a tool that allows price comparison between different organizers (TOC) or service providers. It enables you to quickly and easily see which organizer offers the best price for a specific product. The module collects data from various providers and presents it in a clear, organized way, making it easier to make informed decisions.
Requests represent individual API calls — each search, availability check, information retrieval, or reservation transfer counts as one request.

A booking registration is a customer’s sign-up/registration on a website for a product (accommodation/package/trip, etc.) where, in the standard package, fixed bookings or options cannot be created. This means that the customer can only submit a registration, which is saved in the Smart system. Based on this registration, the actual booking must then be created manually.
In Smart, under the “Reservations” tab, each registration is displayed along with all the information the customer provided during registration, allowing for easy review and further processing of the registrations.
